John is MRICS qualified and an RICS Registered Valuer with over 10 years' experience of the commercial property market, previously employed with CBRE and Knight Frank; two of the largest multi-national property companies in the world. John specialises in commercial valuations and has a wealth of experience across all property sectors, working for a wide variety of clients.
JS:CS was established to merge the strengths adopted from large corporates with the benefits of a small niche practice.
When not at the helm of JS:CS, John is a passionate rock climber and fell runner and is usually to be found exploring the local moors of Kinder Scout and beyond.
